Order Cancellation

Any cancellation at no fault of ours, will incur a 10% penalty fee including tax. Only 90% of the order will be refunded, not including the delivery fee. Please ensure to read the product description carefully prior to placing orders!

There will be a penalty fee if there is no response from the customer within 48 hours of messaging after attempts of contact have been made. Order will be cancelled with a 30% penalty fee incurred including tax. Only 70% of the order will be refunded, not including the delivery fee. In certain situations, orders may be shipped out as shown in the draft sent to customers for confirmation. 

We will provide updates to the order when possible.
