IMPORTANT ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING INFORMATION
Each item has varying processing times which allows us to have enough time to manage orders, please review our processing time page or description of each product for more details. For new product launches, restocks, holidays and promotional periods, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for order processing due to our high volume.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, please expect shipping carrier delays of 1-5 business days on both domestic and international orders. This includes expedited orders.
We ship worldwide! Delivery times may vary depending on location.
- Small orders are mailed out with a postage stamp & no tracking will be included, it may take 2-13 business days for domestic and international orders to arrive.
- Large orders within Canada will be shipped with tracking. Orders to USA or International destinations will not have tracking unless the option is selected at checkout. Any errors with address input will be at the customer's expense.
- Custom orders may take an additional 3-10 business days for processing. Please keep in mind that these dates may vary during the holiday season.
All customs & duty fees are customer’s liability. If packages are refused and returned, no refunds will be issued. Any courier delays and damages will not be the responsibility of the poshting.
Each item has varying processing times. Orders may be shipped out sooner than the estimated time and customers will be notified once they have been shipped! It may also be subject to change and we will provide an update when possible.
If you need your items by a specific date, please reach out to us prior to placing your order! We will try our best to accommodate any orders that are time sensitive but cannot be guaranteed due to various factors, such as courier delays, weather delays, supply chain & more.
Expedited Shipping
We are happy to accommodate your timeline for your order, if you want the item sooner please select the Expedited or Priority at check out.
Expedited shipping will take 3-10 business days and Priority shipping will take 1-3 business days once order has been completed and the time-frame depends on destination.
