We are unable to accept returns or exchanges (including gift cards). All sales are final. If for any reason you aren't happy with your order, please contact us to discuss and we will help fix the issue the best we can.

We are not responsible for any damages that occurs during shipping. Customers are responsible for any return-shipping fee. Refund will be considered through a case by case basis.
