ORDER QUESTIONS

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us at hello@poshting.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. We process orders quickly so we can't guarantee the cancellation, but we'll do our best. See our Cancellation Policy for more information.

I entered the wrong address, what do I do?

Contact hello@poshting.com immediately. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed.

I need the order ASAP, what can I do?

We are happy to accommodate your timeline for your order, if you want the item sooner please select the desired shipping rate at checkout.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Bamboo Lids

Dishwasher safe but highly recommended to be hand-washed and dried immediately after use.

Disco Ball Party Cups

Hand-washed recommended as they are not dishwasher safe. Do not soak and do not microwave.

Glass Cups

Highly recommended to be hand-washed (especially for the custom cups) but it is dishwasher safe. Do not soak and do not microwave.

Mirror Coaster

Clean with glass / multipurpose cleaner using a microfiber cloth. Do not use anything abrasive against it. Although they are scratch resistant, be gentle and careful while using it.

Stickers

Stickers are safe from scratches. They are extreme moisture, water & tear resistant but are not dishwasher safe.
